KODEXED, with contact address at support@kodexed.com, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name, if you provide it
- Project type
- Estimated budget, if you provide it
- Description or content of the message you send through the contact form
We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes. This site uses Plausible Analytics, an analytics solution that does not use cookies and does not store personally identifiable data.
Purpose of processing
Data provided through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, manage the commercial relationship.
We do not share your data with third parties except with service providers necessary for the website to operate, such as the hosting and database infrastructure used to store and manage contact requests.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent granted when submitting the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in managing commercial enquiries received (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data retention
Data is kept for the time necessary to resolve the enquiry and, if a commercial relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship plus the applicable statutory limitation period (maximum 5 years).

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics records visits in an aggregated and anonymous way without cookies. A restricted administration area may use a necessary httpOnly technical session cookie, which is not used to track visitors or for advertising purposes.
